Grow in faith

Worship and grow together

We gather for morning worship each Sunday at 10.30 in our church on Marston Road, and again at 6.30 in the evening.

We also meet together during the week in our homes and there’s midweek groups for children, for teenagers and more…

We gather to worship each Sunday morning at 10.30am, and again at 6.30pm in the evening.

We long to see people encounter God, and to see lives transformed by Jesus. In our services you’ll find teaching rooted in Scripture, informal contemporary worship, an expectation that the Holy Spirit will move,  prayers for the wider world and for each other, and Holy Communion.

On the first Sunday of each month there’s breakfast at 10am before All Age Worship at 10:30.

Our evening service is at 6.30pm and follows a rhythm of Informal Worship, Holy Communion, and Taizé.

If you’d like to hear some of our sermons, then visit our Sermons and talks page.

We love to welcome children to church. If you have children or babies of up to year six we have a group for them.

  • Kingdom Kids is our Sunday group for children in year one to year six.
  • Kingdom Tots is our Sunday group for children aged 0-5 years old.
  • Our Baby and Toddler Group is a warm, welcoming group, meeting every Thursday during school term time, from 9:30am at the St Clement’s Centre, on Cross Street.

Chat to our amazing kids’ worker Beth or our fantastic new youth worker Susie if you’d like to know more.

For young people aged 11-16 we run Kingdom Youth on Sunday’s and Overflow during the week.

As well as our regular groups we sometimes organise fun activity somewhere in Oxford – we’ve been to play Laser Tag and been to Jump Inc. to name just two.

  • Kingdom Youth meets at the St Clement’s Centre, Cross Street on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
  • Overflow meets in ‘The Mish’, St Clement’s Street fortnightly on Tuesday evenings from 7pm-8:30pm.

St Clement’s home groups are a great place to connect and go deeper with our church family:

  • to get to know others and grow in friendship;
  • to grow in your relationship with God;
  • to share in encouraging, equipping and supporting one another in living out our faith.

Home groups also provide a great opportunity to go deeper in Bible study; and to try out and develop your gifts and skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

Each of the groups has a different flavour, as they meet mid-week in people’s homes, sometimes with food too.
